		<p>All Technicians must be able to clearly demonstrate their physical and mental ability to perform services as well as detailed minor repairs. They must conduct every aspect of their job in an ethical manner. They must have the ability to explain the work needed to the service advisor/manager and to work well under pressure.</p>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1">Valid Driver’s License.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Drug free and clean background check.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Keep shop equipment clean and in good working condition.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Clean tools, toolbox and bay(s).</li>
<li aria-level="1">Assist other technicians as needed.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Courtesy checks/inspections.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Communicate with service advisor/manager pertaining to assigned repair order status.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Able to diagnose, inspect, repair, service and/or overhaul vehicle problems and maintenance.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Must commit to continuously educate themselves through industry-recognized classes, seminars, and tests in order to keep up with changes in the industry and new vehicles.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Communicate with service advisors while the vehicle is here, and status update.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Provide a complete and accurate technician’s inspection or notes on concern, write clear stories.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Research vehicle history for needed service maintenance items still outstanding, advising the customers of what is still needed to maintain the health of their vehicle.</li>
<li aria-level="1">All diagnostic procedures, findings, recommendations, parts and services performed will be properly noted and documented.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Attend shop meetings as required.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Review goals with supervisor/owner as set forth in the performance reviews.</li>

		<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Service Advisor is a liaison between service technicians and customers. Their most important priority is to provide exceptional customer service. They must have the knowledge and experience to describe accurate repairs and maintenance services to customers. Service Advisors provide a complete and accurate estimate with parts and labor utilizing the technician’s inspection or notes on concern.</span></p>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Valid Driver’s License.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Answering incoming phone calls in a professional yet friendly manner, providing exceptional personalized service to our clients. </span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outbound calls include: follow ups on missed calls, missed appointments, voicemails, review of multi-point inspection results and quotes, status updates to customers and calling vendors for sublet and parts as needed.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Review daily work logs to determine flow of work in the shop and schedule appointments accordingly.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Order parts and check in parts.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Check in new customers, update current customer information.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Document the concerns the owner has and ask inquisitive questions to get more clarification on how to duplicate the customer&#8217;s concern.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate with technicians on workflow status. (IE: parts are here, parts on the way, customer is waiting, etc&#8230;)</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide a complete and accurate estimate with parts and labor utilizing the technician’s inspection or notes on concern.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Research vehicle history </span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain the housekeeping of the waiting room and office</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attend Morning and weekly team meetings as required.</span></li>
<li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Review goals with supervisor as set forth in the performance reviews.</span></li>
